The different sections and how to add one

The Webme editor offers different sections you can use to build your website. This article explains how to add a new section and gives you an overview about the different sections the Webme editor offers.

Adding a section

To add a new section to your page you simply scroll to the section under which you wish to add the new section and click on the pink button "+ Add section underneath". 

You can then choose the section you wish to add on the right hand side. Below you find a summary of the sections which are available to you.

Welcome Section

The Welcome Section introduces the website and its purposes. It gives you the options to add a Title, a subtitle, a picture and a button which can be linked to an internal page or an external URL. It is recommended to start your website with this section. 

Text & Image Section

This section gives you the option to display either a paragraph with only text or a text next to an image. 

Catalog

The Catalog Section gives the user the option to display for example different products together with a title and a short description. It is ideal to give a quick overview about different options you offer for products or other services that can be found on your page. 

Contact

The Contact Section is meant for displaying your contact information, giving you the option to choose between a contact form together with an image, a contact form together with a text or to display only the contact form. 

Location

Choosing this section will give you the option to display a map with your location, a map together with a text or a title.
